Cancellation Policy

Travel plans can change anytime that is why we follow a flexible policy to serve you fairly and with full transparency. Our cancellation policy helps manage reservations efficiently. If you are confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation:

Cancellations made 8 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any payment gateway or transaction charges.

Partial Refund:

Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

No Refund:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, or failure to check in (no-show), will result in no refund.

2. Early Check-Out

No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused nights once the stay has begun.

3. Date Modification Policy

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before check-in.
  • Rate differences, if any, will be applicable.
  • Date modifications are allowed only once per booking.

4. Special Offers & Peak Season Bookings

  • Bookings made under special offers, discounts, long-stay deals, or festive/peak season packages may have non-refundable or stricter cancellation terms.
  • These terms will be clearly shared at the time of booking.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Payment gateway or bank processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, or extreme weather conditions, The Trident Stays reserves the right to:

  • Offer date rescheduling, or
  • Issue partial or full refunds at our discretion.

7. Property Rights

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to:

  • Operational constraints
  • Safety or maintenance issues
  • Policy violations

Note: In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or an alternative solution.
